Tea Laroux is a fine art photo artist and portraiture photographer.
Tea Laroux (he/him, b. 1997, Natchitoches, Louisiana) is a conceptual photo artist based in San Diego, CA. His work focuses on composite imagery, drawing from a collection of photographs he has captured over time. Early in his career, he obtained gallery representation at Atelier Gallery in Charleston, SC. In addition to this representation, he has exhibited his work in venues across Mississippi, California, Italy, and through online platforms. In 2021, he participated in the Silver Art Project’s online residency program, where he created art reflecting his experiences within the LGBTQ+ community. In 2024, he was involved with Artists for Planned Parenthood and received a long-list nomination for two art prizes in London, UK. His work has been featured in both print and online publications, including Mob Journal, The World of Interiors Magazine, Vogue.com, and Al-Tiba9 Contemporary Art Magazine.
